Due to the scheduled rain, we’re pivoting from our Mental Health Walk to Mental Health: Check & Connect. While movement supports wellness, connection and conversation are also essential parts of mental health.
This indoor session gives us the opportunity to slow down, reflect, share experiences, and strengthen our community
